摘要
本文综合运用地下材料 (上博简《民之父母》篇 )与地上材料(传世文献《礼记·孔子闲居》及《孔子家语·论礼》)这二重证据 ,对孔子有关“民之父母”的思想做了详细研究。作者围绕“民之父母”、“五至”、“三无”、“五起”等说法 ,将简本与传本一一对勘 ,找出其文字差异 ,考定其孰为合理 ,然后分析其思想意义 ,指出礼所代表的秩序原则、乐所代表的和谐原则以及作为实施两者的主体所具备的德行因素 ,构成了孔子所理解的“民之父母”的政治意涵 ,在一定意义上成为儒家政治学的经典表述。
This essay combines underground-material (the ar ti cle of “Parent of people” in Shanghai Museum bamboo-books) and material on t he ground (traditional texts of “Kongzi Xian Ju” in Book of Rites and “On Ri tes” in Kongzi Jia Yu) to investigate thoroughly Confucius’ thought on “Pare nt of people”. Centered on those claims as “Parent of people”,“Wu-zhi”,“San-wu” and “Wu-qi”,the author compares the bamboo-edition with the tra ditional editions,finds the difference between them,chooses which sections to be reasonable,and explores the meanings of them. The author holds that,rites r epresents the principle of order,Yue represents the principle of harmony,and t he element of virtue is involved by the agent,constitute the whole political me aning which Confucius regards “Parent of people”,which somewhat to be a class ical expression of Confucian politics as well.
