摘要
西方教育管理研究新思潮的出现,是与西方社会经济结构的变化、教育改革的浪潮以及对现代主义基本原则的批判紧密相连的,对当代西方教育管理的研究与实践产生了巨大影响,它们试图超越西方实证主义教育研究的传统,是对西方传统教育管理科学的假设做出的挑战。
The emergence of the new thoughts in contemporary western education administration is closely related to the changes in western socioeconomic formation, the tide of educational reforms, and the critiques of modernism. Particularly, the critical theory in educational administration, the organizational cultural theory, the feminist theory, the post-modernism theory and the neo-pragmatism theory, and the constructivism theory have had great impact on both the research and practice of contemporary western education administration. These theories try to break through positivism and challenge the traditional assumptions.
