摘要
美国自20世纪50、60年代以来,由于社会各方面的变化,基础教育发生了几次重大的改革,正是由于基础教育改革的推动,教师教育也相应地进行了改革。其中有两次重大的教育改革,即能力主义的基础教育改革和标准评价运动的基础教育改革,教师教育也由“能力本位”转变到“标准本位”模式。本文主要通过比较这两种教师教育模式,探讨美国教师教育的变革。
There is close relationship between teacher education and basic education. In the U.S., there have been several major reforms in basic education which drove teacher education reforms. Among them were the competence based reform and standard evaluating reform which made teacher education went from competence based mode to PSBTE mode. This article compares these two modes and discusses the change in teacher education in the U.S.
