摘要
辊式磨的碾磨作用主要依靠挤压形成料床的料间粉碎。在比较多家国外公司辊式磨磨盘和磨辊形式,以及磨盘转速的基础上,从物料在磨盘上的运动轨迹,料床稳定性、料床厚度和粉磨压力等多方面,阐述了对辊式磨的粉磨效率、功耗以及系统稳定性的影响和作用。理论分析和实践证明,要根据试验磨的实验结果确定磨耗和功耗参数;辊式磨的选型必须综合考虑生产规模、物料性能、磨耗和功耗等众多因素。
Grinding action of roller mill mainly relies on squeeze to form stuff crumbling in the material bed.On base of contrast structrue of abrasion disc & grinding roller of roller mill and speed of abrasion disc of everial forigen company, factors influenced on grinding efficiency, power consumption and system stability are expatiated from aspects of stability of material bed ,height of layer,grinding power and the stuff running path on abrasion disc,etc. Theory analysis and practice show (1) Define the parameter of power consumption and abrasion loss according the results of trial mill; (2) Factors such as production scale, material performance, abrasion loss and power loss etc. should be considered synthetically when Selection of roller mill.
