论述了高校图书馆在对大学生开展信息素质教育中的优势、作用和主要职能,提出了高校图书馆在培养在学生信息素质方面应当采取的措施,包括加强文献信息资源建设、营造良好的信息环境、提高馆员素质和创新服务方式等。

This paper discusses on the superiority, effect and main functions of university library in the information accomplishment education for university students, and puts forward some measures that university library should take in aspect of training the information accomplishment of university students, including strengthening the construction of literature information resources, building good information environment, improving librarians' quality and innovating the service models, etc.
