摘要
论述了网络时代高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理的重要意义,指出只有通过确立科学的选材原则及标准、合理地配置和使用人才、搞好人员培训工作及建立有效的激励机制,才能充分调动图书馆人的主动性、积极性和创造性,使高校图书馆发挥其最大的作用。
This paper discusses on the important significance of the development and management of human resources of university library in network times, and points out that only through establishing scientific principle and standard for talents selection, making rational allocation and employment of talents, doing well personnel training work and building effective excitation mechanism, can the activity, enthusiasm and creativity of librarians be fully stimulated and can a biggest role of university library be played.
