摘要
主要从办馆条件、基础业务建设、读者服务、业务研究、内部管理5个方面对1998年和2003年的《地图书馆评估标准》作了比较,从中可以看出新标准更强调了图书馆的服务性和社会性。
Mainly starting from five aspects of the operating conditions of the library, fundamental service construction, readers service, service research and internal management, this paper makes comparison of the two editions of < the Assessment Standard of Prefectural Library> issued in 1998 and 2003 respectively, seeing that the new standard lays more stresses on the service and socialization of the library.
