摘要
主要论述了图书馆实行人本管理的必要性,指出人本管理是图书馆进行管理体制改革的核心与关键,并从建立激励机制、培养人才、树立德治观念、营造学术氛围等方面提出了创建以人为本的图书馆文化的具体措施。
This paper mainly expounds the necessity of carrying out the humanistic management in the library, points out that the humanistic management is the core and the key for the reform of library's management system, and puts forward some concrete measures for creating library's culture of taking the people as the dominant factor from aspects of establishing the excitation mechanism, training the talents, setting up the concept of managing with moral integrity, and building academic atmosphere, etc.
