城市规划 绿化先行——以太原市滨河东西路绿化为例

The Greening Should be in the Leading Position in Urban Planning Take the Greening of Binhe Road of Taiyuan City as the Example

针对目前我国城市的绿地规划一般是由市政规划部门在市政规划后进行,而很少把绿化放在其他市政规划之前进行规划的现状,通过对太原市滨河东西路建前建后绿化状况进行的比较、分析,阐述了城市规划绿化先行的必要性和重要性。

In the light of the present situation that the current urban green space planning of China is generally made after the municipal planning being made by the municipal planning department and very few is made before other municipal planning being made. Through comparison and analysis of the Greening situations before and after the construction of Binhe Road of Taiyuan City, This paper expounds the necessity and importance of laying the urban green space planning in the leading position.
