叙述了在软件开发项目中风险管理的重要性及其主要内容,重点介绍了进行风险管理的4个步骤,即风险识别、风险分析、制定对策和风险监控,而风险监控应该贯穿于项目开发的整个过程中。
This paper expounds the importance and main contents of the risk management in software development project, focusing on four procedures of the risk management, that is risk identification, risk analysis, working out countermeasures and risk monitoring, and the risk monitoring should be carried out through to the end of the development of the project.
