当前围绕专利技术的摩擦和纠纷变得更加频繁和激烈。而我国目前的专利情况不容乐观。一些国际大公司纷纷加重在中国大陆进行专利布局,中国企业频繁受到国外企业有关专利的起诉。如何善于运用和防范贸易技术壁垒,是我国企业面临的一个新课题。我国企业应正视日益严峻的形势,尽快采取措施积极迎战。

At present the contraction and dispute around the patented techniques have become more and more frequent and severe. However the situation of our country's patent allows of no sanguine. Some international giant companies are emphasizing patent disposition on Chinese mainland, and foreign enterprises are bringing the actions about patent against Chinese enterprises. How to make good use of and prevent trade and technical barriers is a new problem in frond of Chinese enterprises. And Chinese enterprises should face up to the severe situation and adopt active measures to receive the challenge.
