The“ congestion” , which is a chronic and stubborn disease in construction field, has very severe harmfulness. In order to eliminate the problem of“ congestion” , we can use either engineering method or managerial method, and we can use the combination of the two methods. Starting from the analysis of its causes, we should adopt proper measures and make great efforts to overcoming the congestion existing in construction field.
