This paper briefly introduces the features of the automatic control of today's production of aluminium oxide in the world and the present situation of the automatic control of Bayer process's leaf filtering adopted in China Aluminium Company Shanxi Branch, expounds systematically the ways and methods of making automatic transformation fir the leaf filtering process by using the distributor collector system (DCS).
