摘要
论述了实行企业内部市场化是国有企业深化改革的需要,是企业适应市场经济的发展,特别是中国加入WTO新形势的需要。就企业内部市场化的基本含义、作用以及发展趋势作了较为详尽的阐述,特别强调企业应提升管理,为其内部市场化创造条件。
This paper discusses on that the practice of internal marketing of enterprise is the requirement of deepening reform of state- owned enterprise, the requirement for enterprise to fit in with the development of the market economy, especially the requirement of the new situation of WTO entry of China. This paper expounds in detail the basic meanings, functions and developing trends of internal marketing of enterprise, focusing on that the enterprise should improve its management to create conditions for its internal marketing.
