目前,我国国有企业在社会主义市场经济环境中面临着前所未有的挑战,昔日一些“深层次的矛盾和问题”也逐渐显现和暴露出来。我们在用历史的、发展的眼光看待国有企业发展历程的同时,应当客观地分析我国国有企业形成现有局面的原因,积极探索如何从根本上解决国有企业发展和改革的瓶颈问题。

At present, the state- owned enterprises of China face unprecedented challenges in the environment of socialist market economy, some “ deep contradictions and problems” of former days have gradually appeared. At the same time we look on the developing course of the state- owned enterprises with historical and developing foresight, we should make objective analysis on the reasons why the state- owned enterprises of China fall into recent situation, and make active exploration into hwo to solve the bottleneck problems hindering the development and reform of the state- owned enterprises.
