摘要
目的探讨煦少火注射液(XSH)对急性心肌梗死(AMI)犬的作用机理。方法成年家犬随机分为5组,用结扎LAD方法造成犬AMI模型,采用静脉点滴给药,检测犬冠脉流量(CF)、血浆内皮素(ET-1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的含量,并进行组间比较。结果XSH组ET-1、TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α显著低于模型对照组,冠脉流量高于模型对照组。结论XSH可增加冠脉流量,抗血小板聚集,扩张血管,改善血流动力学,有利于调节和维持心肌氧代谢和能量的供需平衡,对心肌缺血的心脏具有保护性抑制作用。
Objective To explore the mechanism of XSH injection (abbreviated for XSH) in dogs of AMI. Method The adult dogs are divided into 5 groups at random, ligated left anterior desecending coronary artery tomake the model, taken the medicine by infusion. We examine coronary flow volume, ET-1 and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1αand contrast the data in groups. Result ET-1 and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1αin XSH group are lower remarkably than those in model group. Coronary flow volume in XSH proup is higher than that in model group. Conclusion XSH can increase the coronary flow volume, antiplatelet, dilate vessels, improve hemodynamics, in favor of regulating and keeping the balance between suppply and demand of myocardial O2. XSH has the protective funtion to the heart with MI.
