摘要
目的观察益肾降脂片对大鼠高脂血症的治疗作用。方法用高脂饲料喂大鼠,并用益肾降脂片防治。结果益肾降脂片能明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清胆固醇(TCHO)和三酰甘油(TG)含量及升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HLDL-c)含量,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论益肾降脂片具有治疗大鼠高脂血症的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of YiShenJiangZhiPian (YSJZP) on hyperlipemia in rats. Methods The hyperlipemia models were made by hyperipid food, then was treated by YSJZP. Results YSJZP can decrease the levels of serum TCHO and TG in rats with hyperlipemia, and can increase the level of HDL-c significantly, compared with the model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusions YSJZP may have the treatment effect of hyperlipemia.
