苦参中苦参碱的含量测定方法探讨

Study on Determination of Matrine in Radix Sophora Flavescens

目的探讨苦参中苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法采用4种不同的溶剂对苦参药材进行提取,按《中国药典》2000年版(一部)苦参项下含量测定方法进行测定。结果用氯仿做溶媒时苦参中苦参碱的含量明显低于用甲醇或酸性甲醇做溶媒时的含量。结论此方法适用于测定苦参中苦参碱的含量。

Objective To study on determination of matrine in Radix sophora flavescens. Methods Adopt 4 kinds of different melting agents to Sophora flavescens, According to the methods of content determination under Sophora flavescens in 《Pharmacopoeia of China》 2000. Results It is evident that the content of matrine in Sophora flavescens using chloroform as solvent is less than using methanol or acid methanol. Conclusion This method could be used to determination of matrine in Radix sophora flavescens.
