As the sale of commercial housing has different characteristics comparing to the trading of other goods, the matter of good faith becomes a crucial problem. Some laws and regulations have been enacted in order to regulate the matter of good faith in the sales of commercial housing, especially the newest judicial interpretation on the sales of commercial housing promulgated by the Supreme Court on May 7,2003, which is comparatively detailed in the matter of good faith, provides an important basis for us to solve the disputes arising from the sales of commercial housing. This article focuses on the problem of break faith in the sales of commercial housing and its regulation.
