摘要
组织在聘用知识员工的过程中,应聘人提供的应聘资料有真有假,因此组织为寻找合适的员工要对是否测试应聘人进行决策,这种情况实际上构成了一种博弈现象。
In the course of recruiting knowledge workers, the contents of the applicants' resumes and attachments may be true or false, so that the organization that wants to seek suitable workers should determine whether test the applicants or not, which forms a kind of game in fact.
