论少数民族的政治社会化

On Political Socialization of Ethnic Minority

政治社会化是政治系统的基本政治功能之一 ,作为形成政治秩序和维持政治稳定的重要机制 ,少数民族的政治社会化对保障我国社会、政治稳定 ,具有极为重要的现实意义和政治意义。本文从分析认定少数民族政治社会化的基本内涵入手 ,着重从宏观和微观两个方面对少数民族政治社会化的过程以及存在的问题进行分析 ,在此基础上探讨了少数民族政治社会化所应达到的目标 ,提出了解决这些问题和达到这些目标的具体措施和机制。

Political socialization of ethnic minority plays the realistic and political role in protecting social and political stability in our country.This paper,from analysis of its basic connotation,focuses on the process of political socialization of ethnic minority and existing problems from both micro and macro aspects.On the basis of this discussion,the paper also puts forward its goals and the exact measures for achieving them.
