The state of mental health of teachers who work in primary schools and secondary schools is one of the key components in the psychological quality of educators. It would not only influence their own work and life, but also has significant influence the mental health and psychological development of their students. In this article, the authors discussed typical mental problems among teachers, and analyzed the influence of those problems on negative emotional of students. The importance of good mental health of educators was emphasized, and some suggestions were made for the teachers in stress coping and the improvement of mental health.
