A Study on the Development of the Flax Industry in Yunnan

The finding by analysis is that the flax industry will be growth up to be a mainstay industry in the courses of Green Economy Promising Province Establishment. 1) Not only is the flax industry an industry to increase income for farmers, but also is it an industry to have long processing line; 2) the flax industry development has potential advantages of marketing; 3) there are comparative advantages to develop the flax industry in Yunnan; and 4) there are successful experiences of the tobacco industry development for the flax industry development in Yunnan.
