摘要
采用进口锥形双螺杆挤出机生产的硬质聚氯乙烯(R-PVC)低发泡板材,是一种具有发展前途的化学建材产品。本文着重介绍生产原料和工艺技术对制品性能的影响,并相应的提出了可供参考的生产配方和工艺控制参数。
The rigid polyvinyl chloride(R-PVC) with low density produced by cone twin screw is achemical building material with development potential.The influence of raw materials and technologyon the properties of the product were introduced, the formulation and technological parametershave been also presented.
