摘要
以PE树脂为载体、聚乙烯低聚物为润滑剂,填充适量的CaCO_3及偶联剂、抗氧剂等改性剂共混制成的CaCO_3填充聚乙烯母粒(PEL),经物性、流变性能测试和应用产品性能试验表明,均优于无规聚丙烯(APP)母粒料。
PE matrix filled with CaCO_3 was produced by extrusion and pelletization and using PE resinas carrier, low polymer PE as lubricant, moderately filled CaCO_3 and modifier such as couplingagent and antioxidant to the blend. The experiment result shows that the physical and rheologicalproperties of this product is better than those of APP matrix.
