摘要
拓展和规范法律服务是新时期法律服务的根本任务,要圆满完成这一任务,必须解决好律师的定位、律师的权利、法律服务市场的规范等问题。
It is the basic task of the legal service in the new period to develop and standardize the legal service.In order to fulfill this task, some problems such as lawyers' orientation, lawyers' rights and the standardization of legal service market etc, need to be solved.
