摘要 用Ianstron 3211型毛细管流变仪、差动扫描式量热计(DSC)、X-广角衍射仪(WAXD)和扫描电镜等手段,对用W-893偶联剂偶联的CaCO_3/HDPE的力学性能、流变性能、结晶行为和特征以及材料的断口形貌进行了研究。结果发现,用W-893偶联的CaCO_3/HDPE材料的冲击强度是HDPE的3.7倍,并对HDPE的晶体特征、结晶行为、流变学特性有明显影响。并用扫描电镜观察到以1250目轻质CaCO_3和重质CaCO_3填充的HDPE的断口形貌分别为带状和絮状结构,带状结构吸收的冲击能不一定比絮状所吸收的高,带状结构是由包覆粒子各向同性的传递能量所引起。 Crystallization behaviour and fracture morphology of CaCO_3/HDPE material coupled by W-893coupling agent were studied with Instron 3211 capillary rheometer, DSC, WAXD and SEM.The results show that this material has obvious effects on crystal characteristic, crystallizationbehaviour and rheolcgy ical properties of HDPE , SEM study shows that the fracture morphologicalof L-1250 mesh CaCO_3 filled HDPE and W-1250 mesh CaCO_3 filled HDPE are banded structureand flocculated structure respectively. Impact energy absorbed by banded structure is not as muchas that absorbed by flocculated structure. The banded structure is resulted from that the claddingparticles transfer energy isotropically.
