摘要
随着我国市场经济的发展,公共部门与市场间人才的合理流动正呈现着迅速发展的趋势,我国公共部门对待人才离职应有正确态度。应该善待离职人才,使他们仍然成为本部门的人力资源,并借此提高本部门的人力资源管理水平。
With the development of market economy in our country, the floatation of talents between public depatrments and market are becoming more and more rational.The public departments should have a right attitude for the abdication of talents. They should treat the talents well and regarded them as personnel of the department, through which enhance the management of personnel resources.
