我国由传统经济向现代经济过渡,由封闭经济向开放经济过渡,经济增长模型必须重构。因此,必须处理好投资数量与经济增长的关系、投资的地区结构与经济增长的关系以及人力资源与经济增长的关系。

The economic increase pattern must be reconstructed during the transformation period from traditional economy to modern economy, from closed economy to opened economy in China. So we must appropriately deal with the relationship between the amount of investment and increase of economy, the area structure of investment and increase of economy, the manpower resources and the increase of economy.
