摘要
采用正交试验法,确定了由聚醚、酰胺化合物、高级脂肪烃、碱式重金性盐、表面活性剂等驵成的新型光泽改善剂的最佳配方。该光泽剂制成母料,添加于HIPS中,和日本样品进行对比试验,光泽值提高幅度大于30％,力学性能、光泽保留性等综合性能优良。
Orthogonal test is applied in this paper, best of all formula of new gloss modifier is defined,
which is composed of polyether, amide compound , higher hydrocarbon, basic heavy meltal salt,
surface active agent etc. Masterbatches made of this modifier is added to HIPS, and is compared with
Japanese sample , gloss data is increased by more than 30 percent. Mechanical properties, gloss
reserved data,etc are excellent.
