Revitalizing the nation through science and education is a strategy to drive socialist modernization in our country. Science, technology and education are the powers that impel the progress of social economy. Science and technology are the key and education is the base, as a result education must be developed priorly to any other things. However the development of education can't be realized without the legal system. All we have to do is to make the legal system more perfect by resolving the problems in it. To guarantee the development in science and education in an all-round way, we must take the road to invigorate the nation through science and education.
