摘要
国外及域外民法,有关探望权的规定各不相同。我国“探望权”制度的构建应从探望权的主体范围、探望权的客体、探望权的内容等方面进行,还应明确探望权在司法实践中应注意的问题。
there are different regulations of visit right in different countries and areas. The construction of visit right system in China should carry work on the range of subject, the object and the contents of visit right, and the notable problems in judicature practice should be defined.
