三峡库区农村外迁移民过程涉及五个角色主体。在基本利益一致的前提下,各种角色主体在角色期望和角色认知上也存在差异,已经或可能会导致三峡库区农村外迁移民过程中角色扮演的失调现象。

Five main roles of the rural migrants' are involved in the process of migration in the Three Gorges Reservoir area. The various roles body have their own expectations and different cognitions ,though they have almost the same advantages. This may make or has made them not play their roles well and even break the balance in the process of migration in Three Gorges reservoir .
