The industry of exhibition are developing, it has a good future and brings the great of economic interest and social interest. At the same time, exhibition economy have all-around function. On the other hand we do not ignore the mistake in developing exhibition economy. Through analyzing the actuality and value of exhibition economy, in view in the mistakes in developing exhibition economy now, this paper puts forward the path and countermeasures of developing exhibition economy.
