摘要
当代国外发展观实现了以人的发展为中心取代以物为中心的增长观的转变;从对进步的关注,扩大到对发展所引起的问题和代价的重视;从对欧美模式的效仿到追求自主发展的观念转变。十六大确立的新型工业化道路,不仅是对中国发展历史的总结,更体现了对当今世界其他国家发展理念的批判继承,具有先进性,能加速中国现代化的进程。
Abroad contemporary develomant view has realized the transition of growth view from taking things as the center to taking people's development as the center, has expanded from concerning about progress to emphasizing the problem and the cost caused by development, has changed from imitating American-European mode to pursuing independent development idea. The new-type industrialization road established in the 16th congress not only is the summary of China's developing history, but also reflectes the inheritance and the criticism of the contemporary development ideas of other countries, it can accelerate the process of modernization of China.
