摘要
阐述行政审批的基本涵义,回顾新重庆行政审批制度改革的简短历程,进而提出深化新重庆行政审批制度改革的对策。
This paper deals with the meaning of administrative permission,looks back on the history of the reform of administrative permission system of New Chongqing,and then puts forward some countermeasures to accelerate it.
