摘要
以重庆TXG公司为个案,采用问卷调查、员工访谈等研究方法,揭示该企业员工对企业激励制度的满意度、员工的需要特点,并以此为基础提出与民营企业相适应的激励措施建议。
Taking TXG company as case, using questionnaire investigation and staff's interview as the research approach, this paper reveales staff's satisfaction to enterprise's incentive system and the staff's need characteristics, and then puts forward the incentive measures for non-public ownership enterprises.
