Several Considerations on Building the Theoretical Innovation System of Philosophy and Social Sciences

党的十六届三中全会通过的《决定》中提出“建设哲学社会科学理论创新体系”,这是对国家创新体系理论与实践的新发展。党和政府在建设哲学社会科学理论创新体系进程中要确立科学的一元化指导思想,制定并实行正确的方针政策,坚持以人为本。要注重培养和发挥哲学社会科学理论创新体系的整合、平抑、投入、转换、评估、激励等机制。

The Third Plenary Session of Central Committee of the Communist Party of China puts forward building the system of theoretical innovation of philosophy and social sciences.This is a new development to the theory and practice of the national innovation system.During the process of promoting the theoretical innovation system of philosophy and social sciences,the party and government must uphold the unified thought as the scientific guideline,formulate and implement the right policy,and insist on the human—principle.In the meantime,we should pay attention to cultivating and developing the functions of theoretical innovation system of philosophy and social sciences,such as consolidation,control,investment,transition,evaluation,incentive and etc.
