摘要
Li Hong Zhang’s disaster relief work during his term of service as governor in Zhili eased to some degree the pressure of disasters and helped with the reconstruction of the disastrous area and the security of society. However, because of the official corruption and other reasons, the problem of disaster in ZhiLi could not be solved fundamentally.
