CXPE提高NBR/CaCO_3体系性能的研究

摘要 研究了马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯蜡得到的羧化聚乙烯蜡(CXPE)对NBR/CaCO_3体系力学性能的影响和补强机理。实验结果表明:选择酸值为30mgKOH.g^(-1)的CXPE 1质量份活化处理CaCO_3对NBR的补强性最佳;CXPE活化处理CaCO_3对NBR的补强效果优于陶土,低于超细碳酸钙和活性碳酸钙;CXPE对MBR/CaCO_3体系的偶联作用优于橡胶偶联剂。红外光谱的结果还表明:CXPE结构中含有羧基,对CaCO_3进行活化处理后,有助于提高CaCO_3对NBR的补强作用。 The reinforcing principle and the effect of carboxylated polyethylene wax (CXPE) onmechanical properties of NBR/CaCO_3 system are studied. The experiment results show thatthe reinforcement to NBR is the best by adding 1 weight percent CXPE with 30 mgkOH· g^(-1)acid value. The CaCO_3 activated by CXPE has better reinforcement effect than clay, butworse than active calcuim carbonate and ultrafine calcuim carbonate. The coupling ofCXPE is better than rubber coupling agent. The results of infrared absorptionspectroscope also show that there is either a chemical absorption or a physical absorptionwhen we treat CaCO_3 with CXPE.
