摘要
用毛细管流变仪测定了日本三井油化10种HDPE的流变性。并对这些树脂在不同温度下的流动曲线、粘度的剪切敏感性,粘度在不同剪切速率下的温度敏感性、1/br、非牛顿指数,分子量分布指数,挤出胀大,熔体破坏及压力振荡等流变参数进行了比较全面的讨论。
The rheological behaviors of 10 kinds of HDPE made by Mitsui PetrochemicalIndustries Ltd. are determined by capillary rheometer. A number of properties of HDPEare discussed. These properties include: the rheological curve at different temperature,the shear sensibility of viscosity, the temperature sensibility of viscosity, 1/bγ, non-newtonianindex, molecular weight distributive index, die swell, melt fracture and pressurevibration.
