摘要
叙述了微薄薄膜(以下简称微膜)级超浓白色母料的组成,探讨了它在HDPE微膜中的分散过程及原理。采用扫描电镜、电子探针显微分析仪等仪器,研究了微膜级超浓白色母料在HDPE中的分散性能和应用性能。结果表明,其分散性佳、着色力高,符合卫生标准,适用于HDPE微膜的着色。
The component dispersive process and the principle of white ultraconcentrate in HDPEmicrothin film are discussed.The dispersity and application of white ultraconcentratedwhite master batch in HDPE are studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and elec-tron probe microanalysis (EPM) method. The experimental results show that the whiteultraconcentrated white master batch has good dispersity, colourability and accordswith the sanitation standards. It is suitable for the colouration of HDPE microthin film.
