回收PET瓶增韧改性的研究

COMPOUNDING RECYCLED PET WITH IMPACT RESISTANT ADDITIVES

研究了在回收PET瓶料中,添加少量聚碳酸酯(PC)和冲击改性剂IPA和IPB对共混物力学性能的影响。探讨了改性剂品种和用量与共混物性能的关系。实验结果表明,PC、IPA和IPB对共混物的冲击强度和拉伸强度均有很大影响;IPA和IPB有协同效应,二者混用可大幅度提高材料的冲击强度。

Compounding of recycled, bottle-grade PET shows that styrene-ethylene andstyrene-ethylene-methylacrylate copolymers are effective when little impact resistantadditives is added. Both of styrene-ethylene and styren-ethylene-methylacrylate havesynergistic effect and can increase impact strength remarkably when used together.
