摘要
根据扬子石化公司开发高密度聚乙烯YZ-6000F和聚丙烯YZ-F680、YZ-S950、YZ-J640A等新牌号产品的实际生产经验,应用高分子化合物结构理论,从分子量及分子量分布与聚合物性能的关系,结晶度对聚合物性能的影响,嵌段共聚生产聚丙烯新牌号,添加剂与聚合物改性等4个方面来分析聚合物新牌号产品开发的方法,并介绍了通过改变工艺条件、聚合方式和添加剂配方来开发聚合物新牌号产品的具体做法。
Based on the experience of manufacture of new grades YZ-6000F HDPE and YZ-880.YZ-S950, YZ-J640A PP developed in Yangzi Petrochemical Company, this paper analyzed the methodsfor developing new polymer grades and products from the aspects of the relation between molecularweight, molecular weight distribution(MWD) and the properties of polymer, crystallinity on theproperties of polymer, block copolymerization for producing new grades of polypropylene,additives and modification of polymers. For developing new grades and products of polymersby changing the technology conditions, polymerization ways and recipes of additives, theconcrete method were also expounded.
