摘要
本文以英语主谓顺序为研究对象,借助意象、图形/背景等认知理论对主谓顺序的合理存在进行了分析,从中折射出人类语言普遍具有的序次观;并从语言与哲学的关系角度出发,探讨并论证了主谓顺序与时间观的内在联系,从而指出人类认知体验决定语言形式这一论点具有深厚的哲学基础和认知来源.
Based on the study of English Su-P order, this thesis, by the employment of some cognitive principles such as imaginary, figure and ground, confirms the reasonability of Su-P order and therefore extends this order feature to all human languages. In addition, this thesis discusses the interrelationship between Su-P order and temporal concept. By this, it attempts to discover the philosophical and cognitive basis of the argument that language forms are ultimately determined by human cognitive experiences.
