摘要
本文报告3例敌敌畏中毒后神经系统迟发症及2例远期随访.结合文献对发生机理、临床特点进行了讨论.通过对234例有机磷农药杀虫剂急性中毒的抢救,提出了减少迟发症的6点体会.
Three cases of delayed neuropathic effects of dichlorvos poisoning and the results of long term follow-up in two of them are reported.The pathogenesis and clinical features of the three cases are discussed.Six ways of reducing the incidence of delayed neuropathic effects are suggested on the basis of the clinical experience gained in the treatment of 234 cases of organophosphorus insecticides intoxication.
