摘要
《淮南子》一书蕴涵着丰富的用人伦理思想,该书以"道"为宗旨,就选才任人的必要性和基本立场、选才的标准、用人的方法等方面进行了诸多论述。强调管理者必须乘众人之智,而不专己之能;在选才用人时应该公正无私,"贵正尚忠",以德为重,知人善任,"能当其事","不究小过"。这些思想对于建构有中国特色的人事行政理论、优化人事行政运行机制均有借鉴价值。
Huai Nan Zi embodies abundant thinking on man's usage, which taking Taoism as the theme, remarks on the necessity and the basic standpoint of the talents choice and usage, the criterion of selecting the talent and the ways to man's usage. Huai Nan Zi streses that the manager must not use his intellect exclusively but pool the wisdom of the masses to use, that when choosing and using the talent, he must be fair and unselfish to everyone, takes the integrity and the virtue into account significantly, be aware of the people's advantages and arranges them to proper place, makes people's ability in line with his work, demands little perfection and neglects small fault. To today's managers, the thinking still has value for reference.
