A Research again on the Countermeasures for Fighting against Terrorism in the World

恐怖主义是当今国际社会的一大公害,它对国际社会的安全以及人类的和平与发展造成了极大的威胁。为了有效预防和打击恐怖主义活动,国际社会应该根据恐怖主义的特点及其产生的原因,采取严厉打击、重视国际合作、加强反恐立法等措施,尤其要坚持标本兼治的原则,消除恐怖主义产生的根源。

Terrorism is the pubic hazard in our world , and it has been a great threat not only to the security of the world but to the peace and development for mankind. In order to prevent and strike terrorism, the international community should take the measures which include severe strike, international cooperation and reinforcing the laws of anti-terrorism, first of all, must hold on the principle that tackles a problem both on the surface and at the root, and then eradicate the source of terrorism.
