On Culture Innovation

创新是文化的本质和生命,是一切文化价值的渊源,是文化发展的动力。文化创新带来文化的发展和繁荣,促进国家和民族文化实力的增强。文化创新的形式和类别多种多样,有原创性或突破性创新、组合性或综合性创新、发挥性或完善性创新、运用性或普及性创新等诸多形式。进行文化创新必须解决好创新中的学风文风问题、继承借鉴问题以及体制机制问题。

Innovation is the essence and life of culture, the source of all culture value, the impetus of culture development. Culture innovation brings about culture development and prosperity. Culture innovation has all kinds of forms and sorts, including original or penetrational innovation, combinational or compositional innovation, expounding or perfectional innovection, utilizational or popularizational innovation, etc. Problems such as style of studying and writing, succession and reference, mechanism and system must be well solved in culture innovation.
