摘要
农业结构、功能的转换是经济发展的内在规律。本文应用这一规律,分析我国农业结构、功能演变的特点,提出培育、构建结构合理、功能健全的,有利于农业可持续发展的农业产业新体系及运营机制的构想。
Transformation of agricultural structure and function is the nature of economic development, which is utilized to analyzed the characteristics of evolution of agricultural structure and function. Meanwhile, the ideas to develop a new system of agricultural industries with reasonable structure and perfect function and its operation mechanism are put forward, and the countermeasures to guarantee the sustainable development of agriculture are proposed.
